Heather is a Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in acute and primary care, shaped by more than 16 years in nursing. Her background includes extensive experience in a high-volume emergency department, where she developed a calm, decisive, and patient-centered approach to care across all ages and presentations.

She completed her Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) in 2024 and now practices in family medicine, with additional experience in orthopaedics, women’s health, men’s health, and aesthetics. Her clinical focus is on providing comprehensive, evidence-based care while building long-term relationships that support prevention, longevity, and overall well-being.

As a mother of two boys, she understands the realities of balancing health, family, and busy lives. Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active through sports and hiking and values time spent outdoors—especially in warmer climates. She is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.
